VAT on settlement reports

Today, we’re happy to announce an improvement to our settlement reports that will make it much easier to reconcile. Now, when downloading reports, you’ll be able to see an aggregated view of the VAT of the paid-out transaction.

It will be available for customers who get settlement reports through our API.

Please read more in our documentation https://dev.walleypay.com/docs/reports/settlements-api/transactions#response

We hope this improvement will help you save time and make your accounting a breeze. If you have any questions or feedback about this update, feel free to reach out to us. We’d love to hear from you!

B2B cost center and reference now searchable

It's now possible to search for additional data on B2B purchases, for example when the buyer entered a specific reference or labeling like cost center when performing the purchase.

It will also show up on the order details just below the customer information.

The data is shown on the order details page, just below the customer

Pay Links can now be aborted

We received feedback that it was not possible to abort Pay Links once they were created and that this was confusing for your customers.
This is now possible! 🎉

You will find a new "Actions" menu where we have gathered all actions you can do on a Pay Link, and if you click Abort you will be asked a confirmation to do so.

Aborted Pay Links are still visible in Merchant Hub but the end customer will see a message that it's no longer available if the go to the link.

Hope you will find this useful!

Shortcuts moved to search page

For a while now there have been shortcuts on the dashboard page. The shortcuts is a fast way to get to a predefined search of orders.

To make these shortcuts easier to use, we have now moved them to the order search page.

You can now find a button called "Shortcuts" to the right of the search form.

If you push this button you will see the list of predefined shortcuts.

When you click on the shortcut, the filter will be applied to the order search form.

We hope this new placement of our shortcuts will help you be more productive when you use the merchant hub.

Product Code now visible on orders

On new orders it is now possible to see which product code that is used at the purchase. The product code is an identifier that is used to determine the terms for a specific purchase and is provided at the point of purchase.

For example, a buy now pay in two months will be displayed as a CAMPAIGN product code.

It is also possible to filter for specific product codes, both on the order search and on the dashboard filters.
This can be used to find how many orders and what order amount that belongs to a specific product code. Simply type productCode:your-product-code to filter results on orders containing this product code.

Example:

productCode:CAMPAIGN
