SOLVED: Temporary delays in the system 06:30 - 09:25

The delays have been solved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are aware that this issue has been coming back and we are working on a permanent fix.

We are currently experiencing issues that are delaying the actions in the hub. We are working on resolving it at the moment and sincerely apologise for the problems that this causes.

This is how this affect you:

  • New orders are delayed before they are show in merchant hub (they are registered but not shown)
  • Changes (refunds/credits, activations, crediting fees) are delayed before they are shown

Shortcuts moved to search page

For a while now there have been shortcuts on the dashboard page. The shortcuts is a fast way to get to a predefined search of orders.

To make these shortcuts easier to use, we have now moved them to the order search page.

You can now find a button called "Shortcuts" to the right of the search form.

If you push this button you will see the list of predefined shortcuts.

When you click on the shortcut, the filter will be applied to the order search form.

We hope this new placement of our shortcuts will help you be more productive when you use the merchant hub.

Product Code now visible on orders

On new orders it is now possible to see which product code that is used at the purchase. The product code is an identifier that is used to determine the terms for a specific purchase and is provided at the point of purchase.

For example, a buy now pay in two months will be displayed as a CAMPAIGN product code.

It is also possible to filter for specific product codes, both on the order search and on the dashboard filters.
This can be used to find how many orders and what order amount that belongs to a specific product code. Simply type productCode:your-product-code to filter results on orders containing this product code.

Example:

productCode:CAMPAIGN

Easier to see credit notes

We have made an improvement of the readability of credit notes for your B2B customers. It's now easier to see credit notes in the event log, the account link and overview and easier to distinguish them from regular invoices.

We hope this will make your work days easier!

Kind regards from the MX Team ❤

A brand new Walley Checkout

Big news. We have developed a brand new version of our checkout. It´s now ready to welcome more merchants onboard.

On the 2nd of September, our first merchant started using the new Checkout, since then we have been adding features, optimising the product, analysing performance, building support in platforms, etc

Walley Checkout have new modern design and new technique, but we have kept the strong features and concepts from the previous version, such as smart identification and no-redirects regardless of payment option selected.

We have now several merchants live with new Walley Checkout in Sweden, Norway, Finland & Denmark. The response is very positive.

We will now move into the next phase where more merchants can go live.

If you havn´t been informed by your sales rep or merchant services. They will contact you soon.

Currently we support B2C only. B2B will be updated during the year.

Walley response to the Log4j CVE-2021-44228 and related vulnerabilities

On Thursday 2021-12-09 a vulnerability in the Apache Log4j library was detected and potentially affecting systems running the library. Walley do not use Java as a core part of our stack, however we do have dependencies to systems that do.

Walley immediately acted together with our suppliers to remediate the vulnerability. We have not identified any signs that the vulnerability has been exploited in our core services and will continue to follow the situation closely and monitor our systems for suspicious activity.

Walley is currently not at risk of breach via this vulnerability.

We strongly recommend all partners to perform analysis of their own systems for vulnerabilities.

See more information about this 0-day exploit here. https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2021-44228
