We have made it easier for customers to navigate to Pay Link with a QR-code

We are happy to share that we have introduced a new and convenient way to access the Pay Link – through a QR code that customers can simply scan using their mobile devices.

Collector Bank changes name to Norion Bank

Today, we’re excited to announce that Collector Bank – the owner of the brand Walley – has changed its name to Norion Bank. This rebranding marks an exciting new chapter in the bank’s history and reflects its commitment to new and innovative services.

The change will not affect you as a merchant. But if you mention the name Collector somewhere on your page or in the communication with your customers this needs to be changed. Our service will still keep operating under the brand Walley.

Pay Links can now be filtered 🎉

We are glad to announce that it is now possible to use filters on the Pay Link list!

Pay Link filtering capabilities

The filters currently include:

  • Created at - When was the Pay Link issued
  • Completed at - When did the end customer complete the purchase
  • Stores - Your specific selling points
  • Status - The current status of the Pay Link

📝 Reports: More data about settlements is available in merchanthub

We understand the importance of transparency and accuracy in financial transactions, which is why we have introduced a more granular level of data to be displayed about your settlements. This means you will now have access to comprehensive information about when and how we settle payments with you.

To access the enhanced granular data, simply log in to Merchant Hub navigate to the reports section and open the column selector in the table. Then select the data fields you're interested in.

🎉 Pay Link: Pre-fill Customer data

We are thrilled to announce that you are now able to prefill the email and phone of a customer before you send out the link! 

This allows for an even more streamlined flow for the end customer since they might already be identified when opening the Pay Link.
It also enables you to use Pay Links when selling digital assets, like gift cards, where a delivery address is not present.

Improvements in the store filter

In Merchant Hub, it's now possible to show only the selected stores.

You simply switch the flip-switch to see only what you have selected. Easy as that!

More Norwegian banks available in the Walley-app

In March we released the possibility for endcustomers to pay directly in the Norwegian & Finish Walley-app. Now we have together with our partner Trustly, added 40+ banks in the Norwegian payment flow.

Delayed payouts

We regret to inform you that we have encountered issues with an external supplier today, which has had an impact on our settlement processes.

Unfortunately, this has caused a delay in payouts, and we have been unable to create any new settlement files at this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected event. We assure you that we are working diligently to resolve the issue, and we hope to have everything back to normal by tomorrow.

VAT on settlement reports

Today, we’re happy to announce an improvement to our settlement reports that will make it much easier to reconcile. Now, when downloading reports, you’ll be able to see an aggregated view of the VAT of the paid-out transaction.

It will be available for customers who get settlement reports through our API.
