Upsell through management API

We've just released the possibility to increase the amount on a just created purchase through the /reauthorize endpoint of our Management API!

This makes it possible to add upsell items to your orders before a capture has been made.

Settlements API 🎊

We are happy to announce that we are live with our new Settlements API! 🎉

With the API, you can search on settlements with the help of different properties and retrieve transactions in JSON or CSV format that are included in settlements. You authenticate the same way as with our Management API.

This API can replace the SFTP solution where we upload the settlements CSV files for you. The API  can instead be used to request the same data as in the CSV with the new transactions endpoint.

More information about how to use it, can be found in our documentation

Pay Links can now be aborted

We received feedback that it was not possible to abort Pay Links once they were created and that this was confusing for your customers.
This is now possible! 🎉

You will find a new "Actions" menu where we have gathered all actions you can do on a Pay Link, and if you click Abort you will be asked a confirmation to do so.

Aborted Pay Links are still visible in Merchant Hub but the end customer will see a message that it's no longer available if the go to the link.

Hope you will find this useful!

Walley response to the Log4j CVE-2021-44228 and related vulnerabilities

On Thursday 2021-12-09 a vulnerability in the Apache Log4j library was detected and potentially affecting systems running the library. Walley do not use Java as a core part of our stack, however we do have dependencies to systems that do.

Walley immediately acted together with our suppliers to remediate the vulnerability. We have not identified any signs that the vulnerability has been exploited in our core services and will continue to follow the situation closely and monitor our systems for suspicious activity.

Walley is currently not at risk of breach via this vulnerability.

We strongly recommend all partners to perform analysis of their own systems for vulnerabilities.

See more information about this 0-day exploit here. https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2021-44228

Solved: Temporary delays in updates of Merchant Hub

The issue is now solved.
Sorry for this, we will investigate how we can avoid this in the future.

Sorry, but we are currently experiencing issues that are delaying updates in Merchant Hub. We have identified the issue and are deploying a fix for it right now.

This is how this affect you:

  • New orders are delayed before they are show in merchant hub (they are registered but not shown)
  • Changes (refunds/credits, activations, crediting fees) are delayed before they are shown

If you do any actions on an order they are all OK!
Please do not perform order updates twice if you got a success message when you did it the first time.
